Mona has over 30 years of experience primarily in banking
related services, including corporate and international
lending, treasury services, international trade services and
corporate trust products. She entered the plan
administration industry in 1998, working for Wachovia
Corporation in the Employee Shareholders Services Group. In
1999, she pioneered processing for non-US listed companies
by creating the ShareSave product at Wachovia.
Mona is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill,
SC, where she earned at BA in Economics. She completed an
International Banking program at the University of Virginia.

Sandeep Sisodia
Head of Plan Development
Sandeep Sisodia has over 15 years experience as a software
engineer, systems architect and project manager. Sandeep
brings rich experience in requirements analysis, application
and technical architecture, design, development, and
integration using Scrum/Agile methodology implemented on the
J2EE-Java/Linux stack. Prior to joining AST, Sandeep
delivered the complete SDLC for clients like - Citi Global
Markets, Credit Suisse and SEI Investments. For Credit
Suisse, Sandeep led a multi-year engagement working in areas
of high-volume/low-latency risk application. For SEI
Investments, Sandeep was a key member of the multi-year,
multi-million dollar Global Wealth Management Platform
project architecture team and technical lead on the
Corporate Actions, Performance Engineering and Fees teams.
Prior to working in the Financial Services domain, Sandeep
worked with Hewlett Packard in their middleware application
division, Deloitte Consulting and IBM Global Services.
Sandeep has an undergraduate engineering degree from IIT
Delhi, a MS Computer Science from Temple University, and an
MBA from University of Florida.

Ralph Sanchez
Senior Vice President for Operations
As
Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Sanchez brings with
him over 17 years of experience in the financial industry
with over 14 years managing operations teams including
Claims, Implementation, Reorganization, Reconciliation and
Equity Plan products. In addition to over five years of
experience in managing Equity Plans operations, operations,
Mr. Sanchez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
from New York University.

April Stephens
Senior Vice President of Client Management
As Senior Vice President of Client Management at AST EPS Ms. Stephens brings a wide range of stock
plan management responsibilities to the role. At Mellon
Investor Services, she was responsible for product development
and new business support. Prior to that, she managed a team
of Client Services Managers that support the day-to-day
management and consulting with current Stock Option and
Employee Stock Purchase Plan relationships. She also managed
the New Business Implementation team that supports the Stock
Option and Employee Stock Purchase products.
Prior experience includes tenure at Merrill
Lynch in the Group Employee Service division for both Operations
and Information Technology. As a Plan Administrator, Ms.
Stephens was responsible for both the daily support of numerous
high visibility Stock Option clients, as well as the coordination
of the implementation of new Equity Plan business. After
acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the Equity Plan
business, she made the migration to the Technology side,
where she served as the manager of the Equity Plan Business
Analyst team. In support of the Information Technology area,
she was responsible for Business Requirement Management,
Function Testing, User Acceptance Coordinator, and Client
Relationship Management.
In addition to over ten years of experience
in Equity Plan products, Ms. Stephens earned a Bachelor
of Science degree from Salisbury State University, majoring
in Finance.

John Hammond
Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
John joined American Stock Transfer in 2010 to provide
strategic direction for its product, partnerships and
industry relations. John has 11 years total in the stock
plan industry.
Prior to joining AST, John served in a
variety of positions with Transcentive – Computershare for
seven years in sales management, strategy, industry
relations and product functions. Prior to his work with
stock plan services and software, John spent 10 years in
financial services within the financial planning and
retirement plan sectors working as a personal financial
planner and with ERISA and non-ERISA group plans. John has
been a long-term member of NASPP and is a former President
of the Carolinas Chapter of the NASPP. John currently serves
on the Board of Review for the GPS project of the Certified
Equity Professional Institute and has worked in a variety of
volunteer and committee roles with the CEP Institute for the
last 9 years. John has been a speaker at a variety of stock
plan meetings and conferences on a wide range of issues
surrounding equity compensation, administration and
reporting requirements.
John earned his CFP designation in 1999
and his CEP designation in 2000. He received his B.A. from
The University of Michigan.
